Caliber Miller has recently joined Drury University’s Bass Fishing team and was granted a $2,000 scholarship. Drury is located in Springfield, Missouri, close to the Lake of the Ozarks.
Caliber Miller shared, “I chose Drury University because they’re a top-ranked college for bass fishing in the nation and I’m hoping to do good things there. I want to choose the college route to get sponsors and make a name for myself in the fishing world. My dad inspired me a lot; me and my father always joked about becoming official fishermen and I just want to do that as my career later in life. I just have to get sponsors and become a virtual fisherman after college. I hope I get sponsored by Shimano.”
